I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here bosses are investigating rumours that an intruder has invaded the camp, deep in the Australian bush, writes Hard Jackson.
Producers believe a man named Douglas Poynter, who may be disturbed, has somehow infiltrated the jungle location without detection by security, the production team, audience or even the celebrities in the camp.
Some viewers claim to have seen a man thought to be Poynter following novelty DJ Pat Sharp and brainless sperm donor Mark Wright around the camp.
Poynter, known as ‘Dougie’, is believed to be mute and displays remarkable camouflage abilities; being able to blend into the background of any given environment.
Poynter has a history of similar behaviour, having stalked funsize band McFly for years.
ITV bosses say they have yet to noticed any evidence of Poynter’s presence in the camp, though his family and bandmates believe they haven’t seen him “for a couple fo weeks or so”, though they admitted that they may have simply not noticed him.
