Actor Daniel Radcliffe has been bombarding author JK Rowling with storylines for a new Harry Potter novel and screenplay, it was revealed today.
Plots include Harry Potter getting married, Harry Potter fighting invading aliens and Harry Potter losing his virginity to an evil witch, the 22-year-old told reporters today.
“I think we’re far from exhausting the opportunities for even more adventures for the popular boy wizard,” said Radcliffe just days after the release of The Woman in Black.
“We could have a Harry Potter for the new generation, fighting an invading horde of wizards from outer space.
“Or what about a more mature Harry Potter adventure for adults? A kind of Da Vinci Code meets The Bourne Identity, but with wizards. The possibilities are endless.”
The majority of Radcliffe’s story ideas were sent to Rowling since the release of The Woman in Black, with 33 sent in the 24 hours following lukewarm reviews and poor audience ratings.
“While clearly I have a number of acting opportunities I’m looking into,” said Radcliffe, “I would be mad to turn down the chance to play Harry Potter again.
“If JK is reading this, could you tell her I’m free Thursday and pretty much the rest of the month. I can come to her if that suits.”
JK Rowling was unavailable for comment.
“Harry Potter the Animated Adventures! I could do the voiceover for that!” added Radcliffe.
